【摘要】 研究细绒棉性能与精梳纱棉结的关系。简述了原棉品质与成纱棉结关系的研究现状,利用Mat-lab科学计算软件作为分析工具,通过对工厂实际试验数据采用逐步回归分析法,建立了较优的回归模型,得出带纤维籽屑和短绒率是影响精梳纱棉结的主要因素,且经检验,回归模型预测的理论结果与试验数据吻合良好。认为该分析方法及回归模型可为指导配棉和定量预测分析精梳纱棉结提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Relationship between medium cotton property and neps in combed yarn were researched.Research status of the relationship between raw cotton quality and neps in yarn were introduced.Matlab software was used as analysis tool,through adopting stepwise regression analysis on practical test data in mills,better regression model were established.The result shows that the main factors of effecting neps in combed yarn are short fabric content and seed fragments.Through examination,prediction theory result of regression model coincides with test data.It is considered that the analysis method and regression model can be used to provide references for cotton assorting and quantitative predictive analysis neps in combed yarn.更多还原
