密闭电解槽在钴电积上的产业化应用
Industrialization of Closed Electrolytic Cell on Cobalt Electrowinning
【摘要】 应用密闭电解槽技术的2 000t/a电钴生产线已运行4年。与隔膜电解槽的工艺指标及成本比较结果表明,密闭电解槽具有良好的技术经济指标,避免了氯气泄漏,改善现场作业环境,吨钴成本降低1.1万元。
【Abstract】 A cobalt electrowinning production line applying the closed electrolytic cell with capacity of 2 000 t/a has been running successfully for 4 years.The comparison on technical index and operation cost with those of membrane electrolytic cell shows that the closed cell performs better,to avoid chlorine gas leaking,improve operation conditions,and reduce energy consumption.The cost of one ton electrowinning cobalt reduces 11000 RMB.
