大型结构件三维拼接焊缝测量方法研究

【摘要】 根据大型结构件在自动焊接过程中质量的要求,严格控制焊弧的焦点位置和姿态,尤其是狭窄拼缝时,焊弧焦点中心和拼缝实际中心轨迹不能有大的偏移量;焊弧焦点距被焊件表面要有合适的离焦量。设计了大型结构件三维拼接焊缝测量方法。提出一种灰度累加求和比较法,做了验证试验。实验表明:该测量系统可准确地检测出焊缝形貌的真实边界及实际宽度,能满足实际焊接要求。

【Abstract】 According to the quality requirements of the large scale structures in the automatic welding process,strictly controlling of welding arc focus position and its gesture,especially for narrow seam,there cannot be a large offset between the welding arc focus center and seam actual center path;a suitable defocus distance is necessary from welding arc focus to the welding surface.We developed a 3D seam stitching measurement methodology for large scale structures with a gray accumulation summing comparative method and conducted the verification test.Experimental results show that the measurement system can accurately detect the real boundary and the actual width of weld appearance;it can meet the practical requirement of welding process.
