【摘要】 目的:探讨韶关市区2型糖尿病患者的治疗达标情况及影响治疗达标的因素。方法:选取2012-03～2013-01韶关市武江区惠民街道所辖社区30岁以上确诊2型糖尿病人为调查对象,依据国际糖尿病联盟西太平洋地区糖尿病治疗控制建议分析糖尿病治疗达标情况。结果:经过调研,数据统计分析显示空腹血糖<6.0mmol/l、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)<6.5%、血总胆固醇(TC)<5.5mmol/l、甘油三酯(TG)<1.5mmol/l、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)<2.5mmol/l及血压<130/80mmHg的人数比例依次为18.4%、40.2%、22.4%、46.4%、22.6%、14.2%。将HbAlc<6.5%、血压<130/80mmHg及LDL-C<2.5mmol/l定义为全面达标,该批调查对象全面达标率仅为3.6%。结论:韶关市武江区惠民街道所辖社区2型糖尿病患者的治疗达标率较低,应加强2型糖尿病的综合防治。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to study the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes standard situation and its influencing factors.Methods: from March 2012 to January 2013,selected shaoguan city Wu Jiang area huimin street community had jurisdiction over more than 30 people diagnosed with type 2 diabetes,according to the international diabetes federation diabetes treatment in the western Pacific region,analyzing the diabetes treatment compliance advice.Results: through survey,statistics analysis showed that fasting glucose < 6.0 tendency for l,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc) < 6.5%,blood total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides < 5.5 tendency/l < 1.5 tendency for l(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) < 2.5 tendency/l < and blood pressure 130 /80 MMHG in the proportion of 18.4%,40.2%,22.4%,40.2%,22.6% and 14.2%,respectively.HbAlc < 6.5%,blood pressure < 130 /80 MMHG,LDL-C " tendency for 2.5 l is defined as a comprehensive standard,this batch of respondents overall success rate was only 3.6%.Conclusion: shaoguan city Wu Jiang area huimin street for treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in community success rate is low,should strengthen the comprehensive prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes.更多还原
