三种木材齿板连接力学性能对比实验研究

【摘要】 根据GB 50005-2003《木结构设计规范》,对铁杉、落叶松、SPF三种木材齿板连接节点进行试验研究,对比三种材料的齿极限承载力、抗滑移承载力和延性。结果表明,国产铁杉的齿极限承载力、齿抗滑移承载力以及节点延性三项力学性能都明显优于进口SPF,落叶松在齿极限承载力、齿抗滑移承载力方面也明显高于进口SPF,延性方面与SPF相当。实验研究为发展国产木材桁架体系提供一定的参考数据。

【Abstract】 According to the design of timber structures "GB 50005-2003",Chinese hemlock,Larix gmelinii,SPF three wood metal-plate connection nodes were tested,comparing the tooth limit load-bearing capacity,anti-slip load-bearing capacity and ductility of the three materials.The results showed that,the tooth limit load-bearing capacity,the anti-slip load-bearing capacity and the ductility of Chinese hemlock are significantly better than SPF,and the tooth limit loadbearing capacity and the anti-slip load-bearing capacity of Larix gmelinii are significantly better than SPF,the ductility of Larix gmelinii is almost equal to that of SPF.The experimental study provide reference data for the development of domestic wood truss system.
