硼系复合处理剂的阻燃和防腐性能评价
Fire Resistance and Decay Resistance of Boron-Based Wood Preservative
【摘要】 为了满足木结构用材对阻燃与耐腐等性能的要求,采用硫酸镁、硼系处理剂与防水剂,复配制得复合处理剂(DBM),并将其用于处理南方松木材。检测结果表明,处理材达到强耐腐等级,抗流失性提高;处理材的有焰燃烧时间显著缩短,燃烧烟密度降低;处理材体积干缩率和吸水率降低;顺纹抗压强度略有增加,静曲强度和弹性模量变化不大。
【Abstract】 In order to develop wood products with acceptable fire resistance and decay resistance, Southern Pine samples were treated with a boron-containing wood preservative ( DBM) which was a mixture of disodium octoborate tetrahydrate, boric acid, magnesium sulfate and dipropylene glycol methyl ether. Results indicated that the boron-based preservative not only improved the fire resistance,decay resistance,and reduced its leachibility,but also decreased the volume shrinkage and water absorption of treated samples.
