【摘要】 目的观察GusliloⅢB型胫腓骨骨折一期行封闭负压引流技术(VSD)+外固定架治疗的临床疗效。方法选择2009年2月~2010年10月GusliloⅢB型胫腓骨骨折的患者54例,一期行软组织VSD覆盖+骨折外固定架治疗,观察患者的预后情况。结果该组病例中,创面感染5例,骨髓炎2例,1例骨折延期治愈,骨折愈合时间为4~12个月,平均愈合时间为6个月,患肢功能恢复良好。结论 GusliloⅢB型胫腓骨骨折一期行VSD+外固定架治疗能有效控制创面感染,促进骨折愈合,降低骨髓炎的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the treatment of open fracture of Gustilo grade ⅢB-type open fracture of tibia and fibula with external fixator and the technique of vacuum sealing drainage.Methods Fifty-four patients of Gustilo grade Ⅲ B-type open fracture of tibia and fibula in my department from February 2009 to October 2010,treated with external fixation and VSD covered the wound,the patients prognosis were observed.Results In all the patients,five cases of wound infection,two cases of osteomyelitis,one case of fracture caused delay,and the fracture healed well in 4- 12 months,the average of healing time was 6 months,limb function recovered well.Conclusion In the patients who suffered Gustilo grade Ⅲ B-type open fracture of tibia and fibula,wound infection can be effectively controlled,fracture promoted to heal,the incidence of osteomyelitis reduced with external fixator and the technique of vacuum sealing drainage.更多还原
