【摘要】 目的了解兰州市企事业单位30岁以上职工血脂水平的分布情况。方法随机抽取企事业单位年龄≥30岁的职工8682名,依照年龄分为30~39岁组、40~49岁组、50~59岁组和≥60岁组,分析血脂异常情况。结果兰州市企事业单位≥30岁以上职工血脂水平普遍较高,30~39岁组血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平低于其他各组,但高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于其他各组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);40~49岁组与50~59岁组之间高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平无明显差异;≥60岁组血脂水平较其他各组显著增高,具有显著性差异(P<0.01);在30~39岁组、40~49岁组与50~59岁组中,男性血脂水平显著高于女性(P<0.05)。结论兰州市企事业单位30岁以上职工血脂水平普遍较高,尤其60岁以上人群血脂明显高于其他各组;男性血脂水平普遍高于女性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the plasma lipid level distribution for enterprise and institution worker over 30 years old in Lanzhou City.Methods 8682 staff over 30 years old from enterprises and institutions were randomly divided into 30~39 years old group,40~49 years old group,50~59 years old group and over 60 years old group in order to analyze dyslipidemia situation.Results The employees above 30 generally had high lipid levels.The serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol level 30~39 years old group were lower than those of other groups,but the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than in other groups.The difference had statistical significance(P <0.05),but the high density lipoprotein cholesterol level had no significant difference between 40~49 years old group and 50~59 years old group.For over 60 years old group,the plasma lipid level was significantly higher than for other groups,which had statistical significance(P <0.01).In 30~39,40~49 and 50~59 years old groups,men’s plasma lipid level was significantly higher than that for female(P <0.01).Conclusion The lipid levels are generally higher for employees above 30 years old in Lanzhou City,especially for those over 60 years old,whose plasma lipid level is higher than for other groups.Men’s plasma lipid level is higher than that for women.更多还原
