【摘要】 目的探讨甘肃省精神疾病患者社会支持系统的现况。方法采用社会支持评定量表对门诊和住院精神疾病患者1390例进行调查分析,并与国内常模对照研究。结果甘肃省精神疾病患者社会支持状况及各维度得分均显著低于国内常模,且在社会支持状况及主观支持维度得分上男性患者显著低于女性患者,已婚患者显著高于未婚及离异患者;在客观支持维度得分上大专以上学历患者显著高于其他组患者。结论甘肃省精神疾病患者的社会支持系统普遍较差,应帮助其获得社会支持,提高对社会支持的利用,以延缓患者精神衰退,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the social support status of mental disorder patients in Gansu Province.Methods The social support rating scale was applied to investigate and study 1390 in hospital patients with mental illness,compared with norm control study in China.Results The social support condition and the dimension scores for mental illness patients in Gansu Province were significantly below the domestic norm.The social support condition and subjective support dimension scores for male patients were significantly lower than those for female patients,but married patients were significantly higher than unmarried and divorced patients.The objective support dimension scores for those with college degrees or above were significantly higher than those for other groups of patients.Conclusion Gansu Province has a generally poor social support system for mental illness patients and the utilization of social support should be improved to delay the worseness of the patients and to raise their life quality.更多还原
