【摘要】 现代金融在推动战略性新兴产业发展中起着关键性的基础支撑作用。文章从财政投融资、直接投融资和间接投融资三方面对甘肃省金融支持战略性新兴产业发展中存在的主要问题进行了分析,提出了创新财政科技投入方式、完善风险投资机制、设计公开市场标准、完善债券和票据市场、政策鼓励上市公司投资、创新商业银行融资服务体系、推动金融与科技合作等具体政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Morden finance plays a central basic support role in the development of strategic emerging industry.
