【摘要】 目的:分析和观察正常眼压性青光眼中医药治疗的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2011年1月—2012年1月接收治疗的50例(84眼)正常眼压性青光眼患者,采用中医药治疗的方法,对比患者治疗前后视力、眼压、视野缺损等情况,并通过彩色多普勒超声检查仪对患者眼动脉与视网膜中央动脉收缩峰期值的阻力指数、舒张末期血流速度以及血流速度进行测定,分别比较各项测定结果。结果:通过24周时间的中医药治疗,所有正常眼压性青光眼患者的视野缺损得到明显控制,患者眼压下降效果显著,治疗前后数据有显著性差异,具有统计学意义,P<0.01;所有患者中,视网膜中央动脉与眼动脉的收缩期峰值阻力指数下降明显,同时患者的舒张末期血流速度以及血流速度得到了明显提高,经统计学处理,治疗前后数据有显著性差异,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:中医药治疗正常眼压性青光眼疗效显著,能明显控制视野缺损速率,降低患者眼压,有效防止患者视力功能恶化。对正常眼压性青光眼的治疗提供临床参考依据,在正常眼压性青光眼的临床治疗中值得推荐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze and observe normal Chinese medicine treatment methods for normal tension glaucoma.Methods:50(84 eyes)cases of normal tension glaucoma patients in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were selected.Chinese medicine treatment methods were applied.Before and after treatment,molecule visual acuity,intraocular pressure,visual field defects and so on were compared.Through the color Doppler ultrasound instrument,central retinal artery ophthalmic artery peak systolic values of resistance index,end diastolic velocity and the blood flow velocity measurement were tested,and the measurement results were compared.Results:Through four weeks of time in medical treatment,all patients’ vision had been significantly restored.IOP decreased effect was significant.The data before and after treatment was significantly different with statistical significance,P<0.01.All patients’ central retinal artery and ophthalmic artery peak systolic resistance index were decreased significantly,while patients’ diastolic velocity and flow velocity had been significantly improved,statistically,the data before and after treatment was significantly different with statistical significance,P<0.05.Conclusion:Chinese medicine treatment of normal tension glaucoma has significant effect.It can significantly improve the patients’ vision conditions,reduce intraocular pressure,visual acuity function and effectively prevent deterioration,providing clinical reference for the treatment of normal tension glaucoma.Chinese medicine treatment of normal tension glaucoma is recommended.更多还原
