【摘要】 目的:观察2种手术方式治疗嵌顿环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分成2组,试验组30例采用我院的TST术加外痔切剥术,对照组30例采用外剥内扎术,术后均采用抗炎、止血、中药内服、坐浴、换药及对症治疗。观察两组住院天数、手术时间、术中出血量、肛门狭窄、尿潴留、术后疼痛、肛门功能、肛管静息压及肛管收缩压等情况。结果:2组间的临床治愈率、好转率比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。2组住院天数、手术时间、术中出血量、肛门狭窄、尿潴留差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组之间术后疼痛、肛门功能、肛管静息压及肛管收缩压差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TST术加外痔切剥术,对于嵌顿环状混合痔的治疗,是一种较理想、安全、疗效确切的治疗手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :To observe the clinical efficacy of TST plus external hemorrhoid excision.Methods :Sixty patients were randomized into treatment group and control group,with thirty cases in each group.In the treatment group,TST plus external hemorrhoid excision was applied;in the control group,Milligan-morgan operation was utilized.After the surgeries,all the cases were taken with methods of antiinflammation,hemostasis,decoction,hip bath,dressing changing and symptomatic treatments,and the situations such as hospitalization days,time of surgeries,amount of bleeding during surgeries,anal stenosis,urine retention,postoperative pain,anal function,resting anal pressure,canal systolic pressure and so on,were observed.Results :There were no significant differences of the clinical cured rate and improving rate between the two groups(P>0.05).However,there were significant differences of the hospitalization days,time of surgeries,amount of bleeding during surgeries,anal stenosis,urine retention,postoperative pain,anal function,resting anal pressure,canal systolic pressure between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion : TST plus external hemorrhoid excision is a satisfactory therapy for the treatment of incarcerated annular mixed hemorrhoids,with safety and definite therapeutic efficacy.更多还原
