【摘要】 目的:探析异位妊娠的诊断思路与中西药疗法。方法:通过查阅专著、检索文献、临床实践对异位妊娠的诊断思路与中药疗法进行分析、整理、归纳。结果:依据患者临床表现、症状、体征、病史及辅助检查等全面分析,建立正确的临床思维方法,进行鉴别诊断,可对疑似异位妊娠患者做出明确诊断,结合中西医及相关疗法及时予以治疗。结论:建立正确的临床诊断思维并综合运用中西医相结合疗法,可显著改善本病的临床症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and therapy of combination of Chinese and Western medicine.Methods: To analyze,sort out and induct the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy by consulting monographs,literature retrieval,and clinical practice on Chinese medicine therapy.Results: According to comprehensive analysis on clinical manifestations,symptoms,physical signs,history and auxiliary examination,etc,a correct way of clinical thinking and the differential diagnosis were set up.That can make a definite diagnosis of patients who with suspected ectopic pregnancy and then give a timely treatment of combination of Chinese and Western medicine.Conclusion: The establishment of correct diagnosis and clinical thinking and therapy of combination of Chinese and Western medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of this disease.更多还原
