【摘要】 目的:观察穴位贴敷加艾灸治疗慢性心力衰竭临床疗效。方法:60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组给予一般治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用穴位贴敷及艾灸,2组疗程均为2周,观察2组心功能及不良反应情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.0%高于对照组的76.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组发生肌肉痉挛3例,治疗组发生胶布过敏2例,经对症处理症状消失。结论:采用中药穴位贴敷加艾灸治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效肯定,且经济安全,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy of acupoint application and moxibustion on chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods: 60 cases were divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases of each.The control group was given normal treatment,while the treatment group based on the control group was given acupoint application and moxibustion.The treatment course of both groups was 2 weeks.The cardiac function and adverse reactions were observed 2 weeks later.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0% which was higher than 76.7% of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3 cases of the control group occorred muscle spasm,while 2 of the treatment group showed an allergy to tape.All of them were alleviated by symptomatic treatment.Conclusion: Acupoint application and moxibustion has satisfatory efficacy in treatment of CHF,which is safe and economical,and it is worth to be widely used.更多还原
