【摘要】 目的:研究肛周脓肿中医不同辨证分型的肛管腔内超声特点,评价肛管腔内超声在肛周脓肿研究中的价值。方法:收集经手术证实的90例肛周脓肿病例,回顾性对照分析超声介入前后中医辨证分型的准确率,总结不同分型的超声诊断特点。结果:试验组(超声组)中医辨证分型的准确率为91.1%,对照组为75.6%,P<0.01。两组比较有显著性差异。结论:超声与肛周脓肿中医辨证分型有内在的联系。利用超声可以使中医辨证分型更加准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the correlation of the TCM pattern and ultrasound character of perianal abscess and evaluate the value of ultrasound in diagnosis of perianal abscess.Methods:Ninty cases of perianal abscess were selected to retrospectively study the rate of accuracy of syndrome differentiation after using ultrasound so as to summarize the diagnosis feature of ultrasound.Results:The the rate of accuracy of syndrome differentiation in test group was 91.1% and in control group was 75.6%,with significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:There is a close correlation between the TCM patterns and ultrasound of perianal abscess.It could enhance the accuracy of TCM syndrome differentiation.更多还原
