【摘要】 目的:通过对比治疗,观察中药保留灌肠与中药外敷对于治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床疗效。方法:分为灌肠组和外敷组各40例,配合中药内服,各治疗1个疗程,统计观察两组的有效率和症状缓解时间。结果:灌肠组疗效优于中药外敷组(P<0.05),中药灌肠组临床症状改善的时间明显较中药外敷组短(P<0.05)。结论:中药保留灌肠的临床疗效优于中药外敷组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Through the comparison of treatment,to observe the clinical curative effect of retention enema and external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:All cases were divided into two groups,one was the enema group and the other was the external group.Each one included 40 patients.The efficiency and the clinical symptoms improved time were observed by 2 groups.Results:The clinical effect of the enema group was better than that of the external group(P<0.05),and clinical symptoms improved time in the enema group was significantly less than that in the external group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of retention enema with Chinese herb is better than the that of external application of Chinese herb.更多还原
