【摘要】 目的 :探讨湿热内蕴型免疫性不育症与HLA-DQB1基因多态性的关系。方法 :采用聚合酶链式反应序列特异性引物(PCR-SSP)技术,对70例抗精子抗体阳性的湿热内蕴型免疫性不育症患者和60例正常健康者的HLA-DQB1基因进行分型研究。结果 :免疫性不育症组HLA-DQB1*0601等位基因频率明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :HLA-DQB1*0601等位基因可能是抗精子抗体阳性的湿热内蕴型免疫性不育症的易感基因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the association between HLA-DQB1 gene polymorphism in connotation of heat and humid autoimmune infertility patients.Methods:Polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers technique was used to comparatively study the allelic genes in HLA-DQB1 in 70 connotation of heat and humid autoimmune infertility patients and 60 healthy controls of Han nationality.Results:The allelic frequency of HLA-DQB1*0601 was significantly increased in immunity sterility patients than those of the controls(P<0.05).Conclusions:The HLA-DQB1*0601 allele may be the susceptible gene for connotation of heat and humid autoimmune infertility patients with antisperm antibody.更多还原
