【摘要】 目的 :观察中风消肿灵外洗方治疗中风后肩手综合征的临床疗效。方法 :采用随机对照观察,设中风后肩手综合征治疗组30例和对照组30例,观察治疗后疗效及疼痛程度的改变。结果 :治疗组临床痊愈6例(20%),显效12例(40%),好转7例(23.3%),总有效率83.3%;对照组临床痊愈2例(6.7%),显效7例(23.3%),好转6例(20%),总有效率50%(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后疗效及疼痛程度较治疗前和对照组治疗后明显下降(P<0.05)。结论 :中风消肿灵外洗方治疗中风后肩手综合征有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Xiaozhongling External Bathing Formula on shoulder-hand syndrome.Methods:A randomized,controlled research was made.There were treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases),the curative effect after treatment and the pain degree changes were observed.Results:In treatment group,6 patients were cured(20%),12 cases were markedly improved(40%),7 cases were improved(23.3%),with the total effective rate of 83.3%.In control group,2 cases were cured(6.7%),7 cases were markedly improved(23.3%),6 patients were improved(20%),the total effective rate was 50%(P<0.05).The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group.The curative effect and the degree of pain in the treatment group and control group were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaozhongling External Bathing Formula has good effect on treating shoulder-hand syndrome.更多还原
