【摘要】 目的:观察左卡尼丁和川芎嗪对肢体缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:下肢急性动脉栓塞导管取栓术后患者共114例,随机分为A、B、C三组,分别为常规治疗组、左卡尼丁组和联用左卡尼丁及川芎嗪组。分别于术前、术后3、24、72 h共4个时点(分别简称为T1、T2、T3、T4),检测三组患者肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和丙二醛(MDA)的变化。结果:三组患者T2时点CK、LDH和MDA比T1时都明显升高(P<0.05)。T3、T4时B、C两组CK与A组比较有显著差异(P<0.05),T4时C组CK下降较B组更为显著(P<0.05)。T4时B、C两组LDH与A组比较有显著差异(P<0.05),T3、T4时C组LDH与A、B组同时点比较都有显著差异(P<0.05)。T4时B、C两组MDA与A组比较有显著差异(P<0.05),C组MDA较B组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论:左卡尼丁和川芎嗪对肢体缺血再灌注损伤具有一定的保护作用,两者联用效果更理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the protective effect of left-carnitine and Ligustrazine on limb ischemia-reperfusion injury.Methods:A total of 114 cases of acute lower extremity arterial embolization after Catheter embolectomy surgery were randomly divided into three groups:group A,group B,group C,respectively repersented the conventional therapy group,the left-carnitine group and the associated left-carnitine and Ligustrazine group.The change of creatine kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and malondialdehyde(MDA)level in the three groups of patients before surgery,3 h,24 h,72 h after surgery,a total of four time points(referred to as T1,T2,T3,T4)were detected.Results:At the time point T2 three groups of patients showed a significantly higher level on CK,LDH and MDA than the time point T1(P<0.05).At the time point T3 and T4,group B and group C showed a significantly different on the CK level when compared with group A(P<0.05),and at the time point T4,group C showed a more significant decrease than CK level in the group B(P<0.05).At the time point T4 group B and group C were quite different from group A when comparing LDH level(P<0.05),at the same time point T3 and T4 group C showed a significant difference from group A and group B on LDH level(P<0.05).At the time point T4,group B and group C showed a significantly difference comparing with group A on MDA level(P<0.05),and at the same time group C showed a more significant decrease than group B on MDA level.Conclusion:Left-carnitine and Ligustrazine show some protective effects on limb ischemia-reperfusion injury and when they are used together,there is a better protective effect.更多还原
