高校外语教师利用网络教育叙事促进专业成长的策略研究

【摘要】 教师的自我认同是教师自我成长的重要标志,网络教育叙事能有效的唤醒教师的教育自觉与敏感性,以改变其行为和观念,对教师的专业成长有着重要作用。通过对当前高校外语专业成长过程中存在困境分析,探讨了高校外语教师利用网络教育叙事促进专业成长的策略。

【Abstract】 Self-identification is an important symbol for teacher’s growth.Web-based educational narrative can effectively arouse teacher’s educational consciousness and sensibility,which therefore changes their behavior and perceptions so as to promote their professional development.This paper makes analysis of predicament faced by foreign language teachers during their professional development,and explores some strategies for their professional development with web-based educational narrative.
