【摘要】 国家级公益林管理绩效评价是衡量国家级公益林中央财政森林生态效益补偿基金制度实施效果和国家级公益林保护管理成效的重要手段,意义十分重要。在阐述开展国家级公益林绩效评价必要性和原则的基础上,提出了绩效评价的主要指标体系和标准方法,并以湖南试点为例进行了分析,以期为开展国家级公益林管理绩效评价提供借鉴。更多还原
