【摘要】 图书馆作为公共、公益性质的服务机构,其承担社会责任的行为会受到社会制度、秩序和规则等约束因素影响。但从图书馆的行为属性来说,在合乎社会行为规范的基础上,图书馆应对其决策行为在社会中所产生影响负责。从图书馆现实状况来看,社会责任是一种自愿而非强制的行为,以行为社会学为基础,在理性约束的条件下,分析图书馆社会行为,把理性约束具体为决策者的责任意识和价值观的培育,完善和建立责任制度应体现社会行为与多位一体监督约束机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the public welfare service organization,library social responsibility behavior is impacted by the social system、order、rules and other constrained factors.However,from the library behavior attribute,in the social behavior standards,the library should be responsible for the social influence of decision-making behavior.From the Library realities,social responsibility is a voluntary not a compulsory behavior.Based on behavior sociology,in the condition of rational constraint,we analyze the social behavior of library;change the rational constraint into decision makers’ responsibility consciousness and values;improve and establish a responsibility system which should reflect the social behavior and supervision system.更多还原
