【摘要】 目的调查我院门急诊输液室药品不良反应/事件情况,探索分析导致药品不良反应/事件的因素,为防范和应对药品不良反应/事件提供有效的参考。方法整理分析我院门急诊输液室2010-2011年上半年药品不良反应/事件情况,并对药品不良反应/事件的原因进行分析。结果 2010-2011年上半年门急诊输液室药品不良反应/事件报告数量487份,新的和严重报告数量178份(36.6%),严重报告27份(5.5%)。通过分析发现,其中219例次(44.97%)存在不合理用药现象。结论通过对药品不良反应/事件的统计分析,临床药师可以有的放矢地提供药学服务,能有效防范和减少药品不良反应/事件发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the factors leading to adverse drug reactions/events( ADR/ADEs) in outpatient infusion room so as to provide reference for reducing and preventing ADR / ADEs.Methods The ADR / ADEs data from 2010 to June 2011 were collected and analyzed.Results There were 178( 36.6%) new or serious reports,27( 5.5%) serious reports and 219 cases( 44.97%) with irrational medication use( 487 ADR/ADEs totally).Conclusion According to the research results,clinical pharmacists could perform pharmaceutical care more targetedly which would profit to reduce the incidence of ADR / ADEs.更多还原
