【摘要】 目的验证通淋颗粒的主要药理作用。方法采用细菌内毒素致家兔发热模型观察通淋颗粒对家兔发热的影响;观察通淋颗粒对SD大鼠纸片肉芽影响;选用ICR小鼠进行醋酸致毛细血管通透性增高的试验;选用ICR小鼠进行醋酸致小鼠扭体反应的镇痛试验;选用SD大鼠进行通淋颗粒的利尿作用及对尿电解质的影响试验。结果动物口服通淋颗粒对细菌内毒素致家兔发热有较好的抑制作用;对大鼠急、慢性炎性渗出均有一定的抑制作用;对醋酸致小鼠疼痛有一定的镇痛效果;对正常动物有明显的利尿作用,增加尿排出量,并可以改变大鼠尿电解质的含量。结论通淋颗粒具有较明显的解热、抗炎、镇痛、利尿作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To verify the main pharmacological action of Tonglin granule.Methods The febrile model of rabbits induced by bacterial endotoxin,inflammatory models of paper induced rat granuloma and increased capillary permeability in mice induced by acetic acid w ere performed to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effect of Tonglin granule.Acetic acid-induced w rithing test in mice w ere chosen to study the analgesic effect.Finally,SD rats w ere used to determine w hether Tonglin granule could influence the rat’s urine output and urine electrolyte.Results Tonglin granule orally could inhibit the fever induced by bacterial endotoxin in rabbits,as w ell as the acute and chronic inflammatory exudation in rats and mice.Treatment w ith Tonglin granule also show ed some analgesic effect on pain induced by acetic acid in mice.Significant diuretic effect and increase of urinary output in normal rats w ere observed,and it could change the content of urine electrolyte in rats.Conclusion Tonglin granule showed obvious antipyretic,anti-inflammatory,analgesic and diuretic effects.更多还原
