【摘要】 目的:探讨Ki67和P53在大肠癌组织中表达的临床病理意义及两者的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学Envision法检测561例大肠癌患者组织中Ki67和P53的表达,并分析它们与患者的临床病理特征的相关性。结果:大肠癌患者Ki67的增殖指数为:57.38%±19.64%;P53的阳性率为42.78%;Ki67的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、Dukes分期、淋巴结转移及肿瘤组织类型有关(P<0.05),高分化组与中分化组的表达有差异(P<0.05)。P53与肿瘤浸润深度、肿瘤组织类型、肿瘤生长部位及年龄有关(P<0.05)。且在大肠癌组织中,Ki67与P53的表达呈正相关。结论:Ki67和P53在大肠癌中的表达与其发生发展及浸润转移有一定的相关性,联合检测可以了解大肠癌的生物学行为,为临床诊断及判断预后提供重要的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the expression of Ki67 and P53 in colorectal carcinoma, and their correlation with various clinicopathological features. Methods: The expression of Ki67 and P53 in 561 cases of colorectal carcinoma were assessed by Envision immunohistochemisty. The relationships between the expression of these two proteins and the clinicopathologic characteristics were statistically analyzed. Results: In 561 patients, the average proliferation index of Ki67 was 57.38% ± 19.64% and positive rate of p53 was 42.78%. The expression of Ki67 was associated with the depth of infiltration, Dukes stage, lymph node metastasis and histological type(P < 0.05), and there were differences in the expression of well-differentiated group and moderately differentiated group(P < 0.05). The expression of P53 was associated with the depth of infiltration, histological type, tumor location, and age(P < 0.05). In addition, there was significant positive correlation between Ki67 and P53. Conclusion: The expression of Ki67 and P53 were related to the occurrence, progression and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma and combined detection of Ki67 and P53 may help to understand the biological behavior of colorectal carcinoma, which provide an important basis for clinical diagnosis and prognosis.更多还原
