【摘要】 目的:探讨中西医结合护理在拇指再造手术患者治疗中的重要性。方法:对17例足趾组合移植拇指再造术患者采取了针对性的观察和护理。结果:17例患者再造拇指全部成活,无1例并发症发生。结论:根据患者围手术期各阶段病情变化,给予了及时、有效、针对性的观察、中西医护理和健康指导,使再造指全部成活,功能恢复良好,取得了满意的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the importance of TCM and Western medicine in nursing care of patients undergoing thumb reconstruction operation. Methods: 17 cases of thumb reconstruction were specially observed and nursed. Results: 17 reconstructed thumbs were all survived, no complications occurred in any patients. Conclusion: The timely, effective, and targeted observation given according to patients condition in various stages of operation period, TCM and Western medical nursing and health guidance ensure the survival of the reconstructed finger, with well functional recovery, and satisfactory curative effect.更多还原
