【摘要】 目的:探讨护理强化措施在人工膝关节置换术后疼痛中的应用效果。方法:将60例患者随机分为基础组和强化组各30例,基础组予以常规护理,强化组予以改善后的护理措施。术后采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS),对两组患者进行疼痛评定。结果:强化组患者术后5个时间点的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:强化护理措施有助于人工膝关节置换术后的疼痛控制更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of strengthened nursing measures applied to patients with postoperative pain caused by knee arthroplasty.Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into control group and strengthened group with 30 patients each.The control group received routine care,and strengthened group received improved nursing measures.The patients’ pain of the two groups was assessed with visual analog scale(VAS).Results: VAS score of the strengthened group at five time points were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Strengthened nursing measures are helpful for patient’s postoperative pain after knee arthroplasty.更多还原
