【摘要】 目的:回顾性研究现代放射治疗在老年Ⅳ期直肠癌治疗中的应用价值。方法:2006年8月至2009年8月经病理学确诊的老年Ⅳ期直肠癌患者30例,接受三维适形放射治疗,转移灶照射总剂量62～66Gy/31～33F,放疗期间给予基础支持治疗;评估患者的治疗敏感性、近期疗效、中位无疾病进展时间(progression free survival,PFS)和不良反应。结果:老年Ⅳ期直肠癌采用三维适形放射治疗,其有效率达43%,疾病控制率为90%,PFS为8月;转移灶对放射治疗敏感,无明显副反应。结论:直肠癌转移灶对放射线敏感,现代放射治疗在老年Ⅳ期直肠癌治疗中具有重要临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the efficacy of modern radiation therapy in elderly patients with grade Ⅳ rectal cancer.Methods: 30 cases of elderly grade Ⅳ rectal cancer from August 2006 to August 2009,confirmed by pathology,received three～dimensional conformal radiation therapy(3DCRT),with a total dose of 62～66Gy/31～33F to metastatic tumor,and with basic supportive care were retrospectively studied.The sensitivity of treatment、short～term efficacy、progression free survival(PFS)and adverse reactions were evaluated.Results: The response rate、disease control rate and PFS were 43%、90% and 8m,respetively;when three～dimensional conformal radiation therapy for elderly Ⅳ stage rectal cancer patients.The metastatic tumors were sensitive to radiation therapy with no serious side effects.Conclusion: The metastases of Elderly stage Ⅳ Rectal Cancer are sensitive to radiation.Modern radiation therapy has important clinical value.更多还原
