【摘要】 目的:探讨蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤的显微手术方法及效果。方法:对22例蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤患者行显微手术切除进行回顾性分析。结果:按Simpson分级,Ⅰ级切除11例,Ⅱ级切除8例,Ⅲ级切除3例,获随访21例,恢复良好18例,轻瘫1例,复发1例,死亡1例。结论:对病人合理的术前评估、正确的手术入路、娴熟的显微技术操作及术后适当的放射治疗是提高蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤疗效的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of microsu rgicalresection of sphenoid wing meningiomas.Methods: 22 patients with sphenoid wing meningioma were given surgical operation,and their data were retrospectively analyzed.Results: According to the classification of Simpon,11 cases received grade Ⅰ resection,8 cases grade Ⅱ and 3 cases grade Ⅲ.21 cases were followed-up after operation:17 cases recovered,1 case had slight paralysis,l case relapsed and 1 case died.Conclusion: Carefu1 evaluation,appropriate surgical approach,skillful microsurgical technigue and proportionate radiotherapy are the key of effective management of sphenoid wing meningioma.更多还原
