一种新型排水管道在线检测设备的设计

【摘要】 指出了随着城镇化进程的不断深入,中国城镇的排水管网规模不断扩大,一系列的排水管道问题也暴露在公众面前,使城市排水管道检测技术急需进行变革。国内目前缺乏一种经济实用、方便可行的排水管道检测设备来快速有效地诊断排水管道症结,基于此,设计了一种新性排水管道在线监测设备,该设备集成了国内外优秀技术的模块,具有成像清晰、使用方便、运行稳定的特点,同时还具有测量管道沉积物厚度以及高压水清洗管道的实用功能。

【Abstract】 With the furthering process of urbanization and the enlarging scale of Chinese urban drainage pipes , a series of problems caused by sewers come into public view , which impels sewer detection technologies to change.However , there is no such an economic , convenient and feasible sewer detection equipment to quickly respond to sewer syndrome in China.In this case , the authors of this study have developed a new kind of online detection equipment which encompasses the advanced modules from home and abroad based on this.And now it has the properties of clear visibility , convenience in use and stability.Also , it has the practical functions of measuring sewer sediment depth and cleaning pipes with high pressure.
