基于生物固碳的低碳发展模式探讨

【摘要】 为了在不影响经济发展速度和人民生活水平的前提下大力发展低碳经济,同时兼顾解决国家能源安全、粮食安全、环境安全、保护耕地与城镇化、以工哺农、"三农"问题等,满足我国今后较长时间的低碳发展需求,提出了减碳和固碳结合、以生物固碳为主的低碳化原则,构建以源头和过程碳减排、终端生物固碳并利用国内碳交易实现工农业相结合的低碳发展模式。

【Abstract】 In order to endeavor developing low carbon economy while not affecting the economic development speed and people’s living level and in the meantime , to solve the problems of the national energy security , food security , environmental security , protecting arable land and urbanization , feed agriculture , the problems of " agriculture , rural areas and farmers " and so on ; this article proposes the low carbonization principle of combining with reduction CO2and fixation CO2 , giving priority to biological fixation of CO2 , and establishes the low carbon development model of reducing carbon emission in the source and process , fixing carbon biologically in terminal and combining with carbon industry and agriculture by domestic carbon trading , so as to satisfy the demand for a long time in the future low carbon development in China.
