【Abstract】 As the enhancement of material level,people has higher requirement in the quality and safety of sea product.The application of cold chain logistics throughout producing,circulation,and processing from production enterprise,and to the storage,handling and transportation of the third party logistics,until the last segment of sales to consumers.This article studied the current operation model of Zhanjiang aquatic products cold chain logistics,and analyzed the problem of each segment such as production,circulation,processing,and storage.At last,it discussed the constructing of Zhanjiang aquatic product’s cold chain logistics system.更多还原
