【Abstract】 According to the field investigation of cold chain products,using HACCP method,the paper studies the security problem of cold chain logistics from the enterprise perspective,introduces a HACCP system,analysizes whole process of cold chain logistics,determines security key control point of the cold chain logistics,and establish security mechanism of food cold chain logistics in order to ensure the overall safety of food cold chain products.更多还原
