工业机器人在数控加工生产线的应用
Application of Industrial Robot in CNC Machining Production Line
【摘要】 本设计将工业机器人应用于某产品生产线,对其中的数控加工的取放料过程进行自动化改造和工艺设计,实践证明该设计可以大大提高生产效率和工艺精度,同时还可减少操作工人的用量和工人的劳动强度.
【Abstract】 With the improvement of the industrial production automation level,the industrial robots are more and more widely used in industrial production,which can replace the human workers to do monotonous,repetitive and long time operation,or operating under dangerous environment,playing an increasingly important role in machining,heat treatment,welding,spraying,assembly,handling,stacking and other industrial applications.In this design,industrial robots are used on production line,on which CNC machining production process carries out automation transformation and process design.Practice has proved that this design can greatly improve production efficiency and processing precision,but also can reduce the amount of operation workers and the labor intensity of the workers.
