【摘要】 静态混合反应器是一种没有转动部件的高效混合设备,利用固定在管内的混合单元体改变流体在管内的流动状态,以达到不同流体之间良好分散和充分混合的目的。通过分析对比静态和动态混合反应器的工作原理、工程应用以及设备配置可以得出,采用静态混合反应器的混合油精炼生产线减少了搅拌电机的配置,降低了电耗、减少了溶剂泄露,还可以节约投资,间接地加强了生产的安全性,提高了环保绩效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Static mixing reactor is a kind of high efficient mixing equipment without moving parts.The basic working mechanism is using the mixing unit fixed in the tube to change the flowage of the fluid,in order to achieve different fluids fully dispersed and mixed.Through analysis and comparison,the working principle,engineering application and equipment configuration can be obtained,the miscella refining production line adopting the static mixing reactor reduces the configuration of mixer motor,reduces the power consumption and solvent leaking,and also saves investment,indirectly,strengthens the safety in production,improves the environmental performance.更多还原
