【Abstract】 This paper reviews recent achievements and progresses of preliminary work of Jiangsu hydraulic projects,and analyzes the problems of its quality management.Thus,the countermeasures and suggestions which ensure the quality of preliminary work including changing design concepts,emphasizing process management,strengthening the intermediate links,focusing on industry regulation and leading industry growth are proposed.更多还原
