【摘要】 建立了用高效液相色谱法测定稻谷中乙基多杀菌素残留量的方法。样品经溶剂提取处理,经Pesticarb/NH2固相萃取柱净化,乙腈-甲苯(3∶1,V/V)洗脱、氮气吹干、流动相定容后,进HPLC分析测定。结果表明:乙基多杀菌素在50～500μg/mL范围内线性良好,相关系数达0.9999,在稻谷样品中3个加标水平的平均回收率为96.35%～98.9%,相对标准偏差为0.2660%～0.8225%。最后采用液质联用方法对目标化合物进行验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 A high performance liquid chromatography method has been developed for the determination of spinetrom in paddy.The analytical procedure involved in extraction with organic solvent,purification using a Pesticarb/NH2 SPE column and acetonitrile-toluene(3∶1,V/V)as eluent.The eluate was blown to dryness under a stream of nitrogen and the residue was dissolved in 1mL of the mobile phase,and analyzed by HPLC.The method showed good linearity over the ranges of 50 ～ 500μg/mL spinetoram with correlation coefficients of 0.9999.The spinetoram were measured in paddy at three spiked levels, the average recoveries were in the range of 96.35%～98.9% with relative standard deviations of 0.2660%～0.8225%.The target compound was also validated with LC-MS.更多还原
