【摘要】 目的探讨骨桥蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)在乳腺癌中的表达及其与预后的关系。方法回顾性分析2002年1月～2003年12月乳腺癌患者239例。原发灶石蜡标本制作组织芯片,采用免疫组化EnVision法检测OPN的表达。结果 OPN的阳性率为54.39%,其表达与ER(P=0.004)、PR(P=0.008)相关,单因素分析OPN阳性组的无瘤生存低于阴性组,差异有显著性(Log-rank检验,P<0.01),在患者年龄、原发灶大小、组织学分级、病理学分类、腋窝淋巴结状态、ER、PR和人表皮生长因子受体2(human epidermal growth factor receptor 2,HER2)的多因素Cox模型预后分析中,OPN表达、腋窝淋巴结状态、组织学分级是独立的预后因素,其危险比为2.55(95%CI为1.26～5.17)。结论检测OPN表达有助于乳腺癌预后的判断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To investigate the expression of osteopontin and its prognostic significance in breast cancer.Methods 239 patients of breast cancer admitted between Jan,2002 and Dec,2003,were included in the retrospective study,paraffin-embedded specimens of the primary tumors were collected and tissue micro-array blocks were constructed.Osteopontin expressions were detected by using immunohistochemistry.Result The positive expression rate of osteopontin was 54.39%.The osteopontin expression was correlated with ER(P=0.004) or PR(P=0.008) expression.Univariate analysis revealed that there was a significant correlation between expression of osteopontin and disease free survival(Log-rank test,P<0.01).Cox regression analysis indicated that expression of osteopontin was an independent prognostic factor in breast cancer(HR=2.55)(95% CI=1.26～5.17).Conclusion The detection of osteopontin expression may be helpful for evaluating the prognosis of breast cancer.更多还原
