【Abstract】 Albert Einstein is not only a great scientist of the 20th century, but also an eminent thinker with full of creative spirit and a social activist with high sense of social responsibility. His released views on the humanities about politics and war and peace etc. were equivalent to his treatises on natural science quantitatively. His humanistic quality behaved basically in: loving ardently science and benefiting mankind, pursuing peace and opposing war, advocating democracy and seeking freedom and so on.
