【摘要】 目的:客观评价"胃血止糊剂"对上消化道出血(肝胃郁热型)的治疗效果,并对其安全性加以评估。方法:将120例上消化道出血患者(肝胃郁热型)随机分为治疗组、对照1组、对照组2组,共3组,其中治疗组40例采用常规治疗加用"胃血止糊剂"口服治疗,对照1组40例采用常规治疗,对照2组40例采用常规治疗加"云南白药",疗程均为7天,观察3组治疗前后的临床症状、体征、相关实验室检查变化及治疗过程中的不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率90%,对照1组总有效率67.5%,对照2组总有效率87.5%,治疗组有效率与对照2组无明显差异(P>0.05),均优于对照1组(P<0.05)。在中医症状改善方面,治疗组在改善口干、口苦、便秘等症状方面优于两对照组(P<0.05)。临床观察未发现不良反应。结论:"胃血止糊剂"在上消化道出血(肝胃郁热型)的治疗中具有良好的辅助作用,且无不良反应,具有重要的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Wei Xue Zhi Paste on upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage(liver stomach heat syndrome) objectively and assess its security.Methods: 120 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were randomized into treatment group,control group1,and control group2.Each group had 40 patients.Besides routine treatment,Wei Xue Zhi Pastes were taken orally by the treatment group.Control group1 just adopted routine treatment.Control group2 added Yunnan Baiyao in routine treatment.The treatment course was 7 days.Clinical symptoms,physical sign,related examined changes in the lab and adverse reactions in the treatment between pre and post treatment were observed.Results: The total effective rates of the treatment group,the control group1and the control group2 were 90%,67.5% and 87.5% respectively.As for effective rate,there was no statistical significant difference between the treatment group and the control group 2(P > 0.05).Both of the two groups were superior to the control group1(P < 0.05).As for TCM symptom remission,the treatment group was superior to the two control groups in the respect of improving the symptoms such as mouth dryness,bitter taste,constipation and so on.Adverse reaction wasn’t found in clinical observation.Conclusion: Wei Xue Zhi Paste is well effective in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage(liver-stomach heat syndrome),and there is no adverse reaction,so it has important value in clinical application.更多还原
