【摘要】 目的:观察活血化瘀类中药对腹膜透析患者微炎症状态的影响。方法:87例持续不卧床腹膜透析患者随机分为灯盏花素组、丹参组、川芎嗪组与对照组,在常规治疗基础上,各组分别予灯盏花素注射液、丹参粉针、注射用盐酸川芎嗪,对照组不给予活血化瘀类中药制剂;治疗周期为15天。治疗前后检测超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、前白蛋白(PA)、视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)。结果:灯盏花素组和丹参组的治疗后hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平与治疗前相比较均有显著下降(P<0.05),川芎嗪组治疗后hs-CRP水平较治疗前相比有显著下降(P<0.05);灯盏花素组和川芎嗪组的治疗后PA、RBP水平与治疗前相比较均有显著升高(P<0.05),丹参组治疗后PA水平较治疗前相比有显著升高(P<0.05);而对照组的治疗前后的上述指标变化不显著(P>0.05)。组间比较,治疗前各组之间的上述指标比较均无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后灯盏花素组、丹参组和川芎嗪组的hs-CRP水平均较对照组相比有显著下降(P<0.05);灯盏花素组和川芎嗪组的PA、RBP水平与对照组相比有显著升高(P<0.05),丹参组PA水平与对照组相比有显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:活血化瘀类中药对腹膜透析患者的微炎症状态具有较好改善作用,其中以灯盏花素作用最为全面。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effects of herbs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis(PBCRBS) on microinflammatory state in peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods: Eighty-seven continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD) patients were randomly divided into Breviscapine group(n = 22),Danshen group(n = 21),Ligustrazine group(n = 22) and control group(n = 22).On the basis of routine treatment,each group were treated with Breviscapine injection,Danshen injection,Ligus-trazin Hydrochloride injection for 15 days,while the control group was not given PBCRBS drugs.Hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,PA and RBP were detected to evaluate the microinflammatory state.Results: Comparison before and after treatment,the levels of hs CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α were decreased obviously after the treatment in Breviscapine group and Danshen group(P < 0.05),hs-CRP was significantly decreased in Ligustrazine group(P < 0.05),PA and RBP were significantly increased in Breviscapine group and Ligustrazine group(P < 0.05).PA was also significantly increased in Danshen group(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference before and after treatment in control group(P > 0.05).Comparison between groups,the above indexes had no significant differences before treatment(P > 0.05),hs-CRP was significantly decreased after treatment in Breviscapine group,Danshen group and Ligustrazine group as compared with those in control group(P < 0.05).PA and RBP were significantly increased after treatment in Breviscapine group and Ligustrazine group.PA was also significantly increased in Danshen group,as compared with those in control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Herbs for PBCRBS can improve the microinflammatory state in peritoneal dialysis patients,and Breviscapine had the most comprehensive effects in the three kinds PBCRBS herbs.更多还原
