【摘要】 目的:观察金沸草散治疗感染后咳嗽的临床效果。方法:将本科就诊的120例感染后咳嗽患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组服用金沸草散加减,对照组服用氯雷他定片、氢溴酸右美沙芬片,疗程均为7天。结果:治疗组总有效率88.71%,对照组66.52%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者用药后咳嗽症状积分均较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组咳嗽症状积分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:金沸草散治疗感染后咳嗽疗效明显优于西药组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of Jinfeicao powder in treating post-infections cough.Methods:120 cases of post-infections cough were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group cases were received Jinfeicao powder,while the contrast group cases were received Loratadine Tablets and Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide Tablets,both groups were treated for 7 days.Observations on the indexes of the total effective rate and cough symptom score were carried on.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 88.71%,of contrast group was 66.52%,and there was statistical significance in the total effective rate of two groups(P<0.05).Cough symptom score of 2 groups were improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the contrast group.Conclusion:The Jinfeicao powder in treating post-infections cough is obviously superior to the western medicine group.更多还原
