【摘要】 目的:观察基于痰瘀伏邪病因的中医药干预对稳定性心绞痛疗效及生活质量的影响。方法:将120例患者随机分为4组,对照组给予西医标准化药物治疗,疗程为12个月,其余3组为观察组,均在西医标准化药物治疗基础上加用中药参红通络颗粒,3组中药疗程分别为3、6、12个月,观察4组在心绞痛疗效、生活质量(西雅图心绞痛量表)等方面的变化。结果:改善心绞痛症状方面,中医药干预组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);在改善心绞痛发作次数及持续时间方面,与对照组比较,观察组6、12个月均有显著性差异(P<0.01);在改善生活质量方面,与对照组比较,观察组6、12个月均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:基于痰瘀伏邪病因的中医药干预稳定性心绞痛治疗方案能明显提高心绞痛疗效,减少心绞痛发作次数,改善生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy and quality of life of Chinese medicine′s intervention about stable angina based on the cause of Tanyufuxie.Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into four groups.The control group was treated with Western medicine standardized drug treatment,the treatment was 12 months,the other three groups were observation groups which used the additional Chinese medicine Shenhongtongluo granules that based on the western standardized drug treatment.The 3 Chinese medicine groups treatment periods were 3,6,and 9 months,observing angina curative effect,quality of life(Seattle Angina Scale)and etc..Results:In the improvement of symptoms,Chinese medicine intervention group was much better than the control group.(P<0.05).In the improvement of the angina attack frequency and duration,compared with control group,observation group had significant differences in 6 and 12 months(P<0.01);in the improvement of quality of life,compared with control group,observation group had significant differences in 6 and 12 months(P<0.01).Conclusion:The treatment programs of Chinese medicine′s intervention about stable angina based on the cause of Tanyufuxie can significantly improve curative effect,reduce the number of episodes of angina,and improve the quality of life.更多还原
