【摘要】 目的探讨老年破裂动脉瘤致蛛网膜下腔出血患者急性期血清单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)的水平及临床意义。方法脑动脉瘤破裂致蛛网膜下腔出血患者26例(破裂出血组),未破裂动脉瘤患者22例(未破裂组)。另选择同期老年健康体检者25例(对照组),采用ELISA法检测破裂出血组患者出血第1、2、3天血清MCP-1水平,未破裂组患者入院当天血清MCP-1水平及对照组血清MCP-1水平,并进行组间比较。结果破裂出血组患者血清MCP-1水平明显高于未破裂组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。未破裂组患者血清MCP-1水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。破裂出血组患者出血后第1、2、3天血清MCP-1水平逐渐升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论破裂动脉瘤致蛛网膜下腔出血患者急性期血清MCP-1水平升高,且出血急性期逐渐上升,可能参与动脉内外炎性反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical significance of serum monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1) level in elderly patients with acute subarachnoid hemorrhage(ASH) due to ruptured cerebral aneurysm.Methods Twenty-six elderly patients with ASH due to ruptured cerebral aneurysm served as ruptured hemorrhage group,22 elderly patients with unruptured cerebral aneurysm served as unruptured hemorrhage group,and 25 healthy elderly people served as control group in this study.Serum MCP-1 levels were measured by ELISA on days 1,2,and 3 in ruptured hemorrhage group,and on day 1 in unruptured hemorrhage group and control group after admission.Results The serum MCP-1 level was significantly higher in ruptured hemorrhage group than in unruptured hemorrhage group and control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in serum MCP-1 level between unruptured hemorrhage group and control group(P>0.05).No significant difference was found in serum MCP-1 level in ruptured hemorrhage group although it increased on days 1,2 and 3 after admission.Conclusion The MCP-1 level increases in elderly patients with ASH due to ruptured cerebral aneurysm,which may induce inflammatory reaction in cerebral artery.更多还原
