【摘要】 目的总结腹腔镜下胆总管探查(LCBDE)术后胆总管I期缝合的经验。方法回顾性分析我们连续57例腹腔镜下胆总管I期缝合的临床资料。结果所有57例患者手术均获成功,平均手术时间62±27min,平均术后住院时间6±3d,术后均无胆漏,随访期间无胆管狭窄及结石残留等并发症。结论掌握好适应症,腹腔镜下胆总管Ⅰ期缝合安全,可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To Summarized the experience of the primary closure following laparoscopic common bile duct exploration (LCBDE). Methods Clinical data of consecutive 57 patients undergoing primary closure following LCBDE were retrospectively analyzed. Results The success rate of surgery was in all cases. Mean operation time was 62±27 min. Postoperative hospital stay was 6±3 d. No bile leakage was found after operation. No residual calculi and biliary stenosis were found during six months to 3 years of follow-up period. Conclusion Primary closure following LCBDE would be feasible and safe under suitable conditions.更多还原
