八段锦锻炼结合丙酮酸钙补充对肥胖女大学生血清瘦素与脂联素的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨八段锦锻炼结合丙酮酸钙补充对肥胖女大学生血清瘦素、脂联素的影响。方法:选取40名肥胖女大学生,随机分为A、B、C、D 4组为期14周的实验:A组进行八段锦锻炼,B组单纯服用丙酮酸钙,C组进行八段锦锻炼并服用丙酮酸钙,D组为对照组只服用安慰剂。结果:A、B、C三组血清瘦素下降幅度及血清脂联素上升幅度显著性大于D组,其中A、B两组与C组相比有显著性差异;血清瘦素与体重、BMI、体脂百分比、FFA、TG呈显著正相关,血清脂联素与体重、BMI、体脂百分比、TC、TG、FFA呈显著负相关。结论:八段锦锻炼结合丙酮酸钙补充能够有效改善肥胖女大学生的血脂水平和体成分;降低血清瘦素水平,提高血清脂联素水平,提示八段锦锻炼结合丙酮酸钙补充在减肥方面有一定作用。

【Abstract】 T his article discusses on the influence on the serum leptin and adiponectin of fat female undergraduate from eight trigrams boxing combination with calcium pyruvate supplement. Select 40 fat female undergraduates, random divide into A, B, C, D four teams for 14 weeks to experiment: Team A exercise eight trigrams boxing, team B only take calcium pyruvate, team C exercise eight trigrams boxing and take calcium pyruvate, team D only take placebo. The result shows that: the serum leptin of team A, B, C are decline and the adiponectin of team A, B, C are rise significance better than team D, compare with team A, B and team C there has a significantly difference. Serum leptin has a significantly positive correlation of weight, BMI, fat percentage, FFA and TG; adiponectin has a significantly negative correlation. Conclusion: Using eight trigrams boxing and calcium pyruvate supplement can improve the serum lipid levels and body composition of fat female undergraduate; reduce blood serum level, improve adiponectin level, reminder that there has the effect on the lose weight of using eight trigrams boxing combination with calcium pyruvate supplement.
