【Abstract】 The concepts of civil finance and informal finance could not be abused,which have linkages and differences. Civil finance is the expression uniquely in Chinese financial system in period of transition,and it w ould vanish as follow ed as reforming of Chinese financial system. But informal finance definitely w ould survive and parallel w ith formal finance in long term because it has informalities.
