【摘要】 目的:评价胃镜下治疗与奥美拉唑治疗急性上消化道出血中的经济效果。方法:将急性上消化道出血患者100例随机分为胃镜治疗组(A组)及奥美拉唑治疗组(B组)各50例,并运用药物经济学成本-效果分析法进行分析。结果:A、B两组上消化道出血的有效率无明显差异(100%&96%,P>0.05),A组的住院天数、住院的总费用均明显少于B组(6.6d&10.4.d;3821.6元&5162.7元,P均<0.05);A组成本-效果优于B组。结论:在急性上消化道出血的治疗方法选择上,应首选成本-效果比低的急诊胃镜治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the cost and effectiveness of endoscope and Omprazole in the treatment of acute hemorrhage of upper digestive tract.Methods:100 patients with hemorrhage of upper digestive tract were randomly divided into endoscope treatment group(group A,n=50) and Omprazole treatment group(group B,n=50).Evaluation was carried out with pharmaco economic cost-effectiveness analysis.Results:The hemostatic rate was no significantly different between the group A and group B(100%& 96%,P > 0.05).The total days in the hospital and the costs were significantly lower in group A than those in group B(6.6d & 10.4d,3821.6 yuan & 5162.7 yuan,both P < 0.05).The pharmaco economic cost-effectiveness in group A was better than that in group B.Conclusion:According to the evaluation with the cost and effectiveness analysis,the endoscope should be the method for treating acute hemorrhage of upper digestive tract.更多还原
