生物接触氧化-臭氧氧化消毒工艺处理医院废水
Treatment of Hosipital Wastewater by Contact Oxidation-Ozonation Disinfection
【摘要】 以北京市某医院废水处理工程为实例,介绍生物接触氧化-臭氧氧化消毒等组合工艺处理该医院废水的工艺特点、设计参数、处理效果及运行成本。该工程水处理量为4 100 m3/d,进水COD、BOD、NH3-N浓度和总大肠菌群数MPN/L分别为451.1、250、35 mg/L和24 000 MPN/L,处理后出水浓度分别为220、80、14 mg/L和4 500 MPN/L。生物接触氧化-臭氧氧化消毒工艺处理医院废水有较好的处理效果,处理后的水质能够达到《医疗机构水污染物排放标准》(GB 18466-2005)中三级标准的水质要求,且运行费用低,每吨水处理成本仅为0.61元。
【Abstract】 Taking a hospital wastewater treatment engineering in Beijing as the example,process characteristics,design parameters,treatment effect and operation cost of treating hospital wastewater by contact oxidation-ozonation disinfection process were introduced.The project water treatment capacity is 4 100 m3/d,average concentrations of COD,BOD,NH3-N and the total number of coliforms are 451.1,250,35 and 24 000 MPN/L respectively.The treated water concentration can reach 220,80,14 mg/L and 4 500 MPN/L respectively.Good treatment effect can be achieved by contact oxidation –ozonation disinfection process,the effluent can meet requirement of the third criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Medical Organiziton(GB 18466-2005),and the process has the advantage of low operating cost,treatment cost of each ton wastewater is 0.61 Yuan.
