【摘要】 虽然大学组织具有多元属性,但是学术性是其最本质、最核心的组织特性。学术性根基决定了大学治理结构应具有自治自由、底部沉重、分散决策、文化多元和目标模糊的特点。大学的学术性特点不是凭空实现的,要保证大学的学术性,首先要更新政府的大学治理认识,其次要投入足够的资源并优化资源投入方式,再次要进行大学校长选拔、学术评价、教授治学等一系列具体制度创新。唯有如此,才能保证大学学术本质,才能提升组织绩效。更多还原

【Abstract】 University has multiple organizational properties and the academic nature is the most essential and central.Academic nature determines that the administration structure of university has the following characteristics:autonomous,grass-roots, decision decentralized, cultural diversity and goals fuzzy. Ensuring academic nature is a tricky business. Firstly,government awareness of university governance should be updated.Secondly, school-runing resources must be sufficient and the investing mechanisms should be refined. Thirdly,such specific systems as principal selection,academic appraisal,professor’s studies pursuing shouled be innovated.
